This was even reflected in our willingness to sprint uphill after 20 hours of grueling, event-filled tasks, carrying both equipment and our own bodies! The way the program was planned and executed is unforgettable—there wasn’t a single moment where we could predict what would happen next or what the outcome would be!

Moreover, it wasn’t just one solution but 2-3 alternatives for us to review and adapt to our exact needs. For example, when we said, "We want to test participants' intuition," Nauris responded, "We could do the following…" Or when we said, "We’d like to create stress in this scenario to see how they interact," he replied, "Understood, I’ll give them a real briefing and gradually initiate the task…”
