Nice to Meet You! I’m Nauris Svika. For 17 years, I have been addressing organizational problems, challenges, and development opportunities in team and leadership topics. To achieve the most “flavorful” results, I employ non-standard methods and tools. It’s no secret that white complements black perfectly in fashion. Similarly, in my programs, I blend tools from seemingly opposing fields—business and military. Instead of telling participants “how to do it,” we do it together in every program.

What I Don’t Do and Recommend Other Specialists For:

I do not deliver theoretical lectures on leadership and team topics.
I don't teach topics if I see that the core problem lies elsewhere, not in a lack of knowledge. I offer solutions to situations.
I do not organize entertainment or leisure events even for business teams.
