FOR EXECUTIVE TEAMS ONLY

Have you ever stopped at a store after a long workday to buy bread,
only to get home and realize you bought everything except the bread?
In everyday life, it’s a small thing.
In a leadership team it becomes expensive.

It's no secret that the working environment has become less predictable, more chaotic, and faster. The faster we move, the more things accumulate: forgotten, misaligned, unspoken, drifting away from the intended direction. At some point, that starts distorting perception. The team keeps making decisions based on a reality that no longer exists. This is the trap of operational inertia.

If it takes just a few minutes for one person to “forget the bread,” what happens over months in a fast-moving environment across an entire leadership team? In most cases, the trap is invisible in its early stages.

In one recent intervention, we surfaced a feeling that every team member had been carrying privately, but no one had said out loud. That alone was enough to change internal processes and redirect an ongoing project.

Self-check

When was the last time your leadership team deliberately paused the run to sort out what has accumulated? Not to learn, rest, or hold another status meeting, but to sort things out. My own leadership experience is far from perfect. I vividly remember moments when internal ambition and ego were shouting: "What pause? Everything's moving. Keep going!" I was usually wrong and paid for it shortly after. There is a term for this pause - REORG.

REORG

Moving forward without REORG is a leadership failure. Not because everything is broken, but because without it, errors accumulate.
-The question is NOT "Is everything working?"
-The question IS " What are we no longer seeing, or seeing inaccurately?"

Even in the world's most aggressive environment (the military) after every active phase REORG is mandatory. The team pauses to check people, resources, processes, and to recalibrate the direction. It is a required precondition before moving forward.

REORG is invisible work. No one will thank you for doing it. But the moment something goes wrong, everyone will ask: "How did you miss that?" The answer is usually simple - the same way you forget the bread.

What REORG is not

Not coaching. Not team building. Not a training program or a discussion seminar with fancy coffee breaks. No one is here to “feel better.”

What REORG is

A clearly structured, high-intensity intervention for leadership teams. 6 to 8 hours, following the REORG architecture. Designed to quickly bring clarity and restore critical alignment for the next phase of work.

How REORG works

An intensive working day, outside the usual environment. No phones, no laptops, no presentations. Clear rules, defined criteria, and time limits. No hiding behind empty statements. The process is controlled, because experience shows that without this, teams drift into interesting but unproductive conversations that get in the way of results.

Participants review alignment with intended direction, analyze internal and external environment shifts, recalibrate structure and responsibilities, aligns the leadership team’s shared view of reality and clears accumulated issues.

Location: hotel meeting room or a private conference facility.
Minimal requirements: table, chairs, flipchart.
Only scheduled break: lunch.

The process is fully confidential. NDA can be arranged if required.

Outcome

- An accurate view of current reality, based on facts from analysis and discussion, not assumptions.
- Resolved critical misalignments: the unspoken, the forgotten, the imprecise.
- Decisions made or corrected for the next phase of work.
