What it is?

A private, focused intervention built around one specific situation - the one requiring your attention now. You come with one decision, question or situation. We work on that.

Some situations are difficult to resolve from inside. Not because you lack the ability, but because you are too close to the decision, the people involved or the outcome to examine the situation with sufficient distance. An independent perspective from outside the system creates that distance.

The focus is on situation analysis, planning and decision-making, together with the human factors shaping the visible result. Numbers show what happened. They rarely explain why. Behind them are decisions, behavior, execution, relationships, incentives, power and ego. That is often where the visible result is actually being shaped - not in the numbers themselves.

Within 24 to 72 hours, the work leads to a concrete result: a validated decision, a reconstructed picture of the situation, or a resolved crisis - depending on which of three forms the situation actually requires.

What it is not?

This is not a coaching program or a long-term development process. We do not work on your general development or your leadership style as a whole.

No subscription. No predefined program. No open-ended series of conversations. When the agreed result has been reached, the intervention ends.

THREE DIRECTIONS. ONE POINT OF ENTRY.

Depending on the nature of the situation, the work takes one of three forms.

You want certainty before you commit, not confirmation after.

You need to test your reasoning, examine the available options or establish what should happen next. The situation does not need to be a crisis - it only needs to matter enough that acting on an untested interpretation would carry unnecessary risk.

Information is incomplete, interpreted or filtered, making it difficult to see the situation clearly enough to decide. The work requires a deeper reconstruction of the facts, assumptions, interests and dynamics shaping the version of reality available to you.

The situation requires immediate clarity, coordinated action or direct involvement beyond advice alone. The cost of delay or error may affect the business, your position, key relationships or the organization's ability to operate.

You do not need to determine the right format in advance.
We begin with a short private conversation about what has happened,
what must be decided or resolved, and what result the situation requires.
From there, we determine which of the three the case actually calls for.
No program is imposed before the situation is understood.

WHY AN OUTSIDE MIND.

Most people you can turn to inside the organization are also part of the situation. They may have a position to protect, a relationship to preserve, a previous decision to defend or consequences of their own to consider. Even with good intentions, complete neutrality from inside is difficult.

My name is Nauris Svika. I enter from outside the system that produced the situation with no internal position to protect and no interest in reinforcing the version of events that is easiest to hear.

My background combines more than two decades of practical leadership experience with military decision-making and business psychology. Military decision-making provides the discipline to examine facts, assumptions, risks and options in a structured way. Business psychology accounts for what sits behind the visible situation - behavior, influence, loyalty, resistance and power.

Numbers usually show the outcome. What produces it lies in the decisions people make, their behavior and the systems within which they operate. That is where the situation is actually examined.

JUDGMENT YOU CAN TRUST

At this level, competence alone is not enough. You need someone you can speak to without managing their reaction, protecting your position or wondering where the information may travel next.

You are not looking for someone to agree with you. You are not looking for someone to manage you or create dependency. You are looking for someone whose judgment you can trust with the situation as it actually is.

That means directness without performance, discretion without ambiguity and loyalty to the result rather than to the most comfortable answer. Trust here does not mean automatic agreement - it means knowing I will tell you what I genuinely see, handle what you disclose responsibly and stay focused on what the situation requires.

PERSONALLY CONDUCTED. IN PERSON BY DESIGN.

Every intervention is conducted personally by me. I do not delegate the work, bring in a consulting team or pass the case to associates. The person you speak to at the beginning is the person who remains with the situation through to the result.

The intervention itself is conducted one-to-one with the CEO or owner, face-to-face, in the same physical location. It is not delivered remotely.

For new clients, the only remote step is the initial Zoom conversation. Its purpose is to understand the situation at a high level, determine whether my involvement can materially improve the result and confirm whether the work is the right fit.

This is a deliberate choice. Direct physical presence makes it possible to observe what a screen cannot show and to work with the focus and intensity the situation requires.

CONFIDENTIAL BY DESIGN

The existence and content of the work remain private. No one in your organization needs to know that the intervention is taking place unless you decide otherwise.

Information is requested only when it is necessary for understanding the case. Any interaction with other people, access to internal material or disclosure of my involvement is agreed with you in advance.

You determine who knows that the intervention took place, what was examined, what was concluded and what action follows.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN CRISIS

You may simply have reached a situation that should not be processed alone. A decision may need to be tested. Reality may need to be reconstructed. A high-stakes situation may require direct intervention.

The point of entry may differ. The principle remains the same: one situation, independent examination, the vector of involvement the situation requires.
